1.Whats Sodium percarbonate?
Sodium percarbonate is also named as solid hydrogen peroxide,This material is an addition of sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide.Its fomulation is 2Na₂CO₃ . 3H₂O₂ .
2.How does it work?
Sodium percarbonate has high content of active oxygen, and has good solution in the water. When it is solved in water, it will release H₂O₂ and Na₂CO₃.  Especially, it can dissolve well in cold water.
2Na₂CO₃ . 3H₂O₂ —> 2Na₂CO₃ + 3H₂O₂
H₂O₂ disolves in water as following:
H₂O₂→H++HOO- 2HOO-→OO₂↑*2OH-
According to the two chemical equations, the ion HOO- has bleaching function.
Please note HOO- ion is easily decompose if infected by heavy metal ion , accordingly, the bleaching function of H₂O₂ will be weaken .
The PH value is an important factor that infects the bleaching function. Usually PH ****1 is suituable for bleaching, higher or lower PH value is good for bleaching,  The PH value of Sodium percarbonate solution is *0.*- *1,it is a very good environment for bleaching.
3.Whats the advantages of Sodium percarbonate?
Compared with chlorine bleaching chemicals that contaminate the environment, sodium percarbonate is an friendly environmental chemical which decomposes into oxygen, water and natural soda ash when it contacts with water.
Detergent or bleach compositions formulated with sodium percarbonate have a strong stain removal capability. It is very effective as a laundry presoak for heavily stained detergents. It is color safe, and it brightens colors and prevent the textiles form become yellow or dark
.
Sodium percarbonate is also effective as a disinfectant on both bacteria and virus. Its an excellent ingredient in personal care and home care formulations for hygiene.
Because of its friendly environmental advantages, sodium percarbonate is a good oxygen supply chemicals for aquaculture & fish-farming applications.
Compared with Sodium Perborate,  Sodium percarbonate is increasingly being the substitution for sodium perborate in detergent formulations because aaa) Sodium Percarbonate can easily solve in cold water, and  bbb) Sodium Percarbonate is friendly environment and have no contamination on soil, while Sodium Perborate is made of borax which havs negative function on the soil. Home Laundry Bleach Premium Grade

Comments
Blend: Add warm nonionic surfactant to the soda ash over a 1 to 2 minute period. Add all ingredients except Percarbonate and blend slowly for **2 minutes until uniform product is obtained. Add Percarbonate to the cool mix.
Dosage: Add 1/2 cup with detergent as the washer fills. Allow to dissolve before loading clothes.

7.Whats the difference between Coted and uncoated Sodium percarbonate?
Sodium percarbonateis used as an active oxygen component in detergents, bleaching and cleaning agents.
Due to the unsatisfactory storage stability of the uncoated sodium percarbonate in warm/moist surroundings and in the presence of certain detergent and cleaning agent components, sodium percarbonate must be stabilized against
the coated sodium percarbonate is the sodium percarbonate crystals coated with single or multiple layers of various substances in order to increase active oxygen stability and optimize its storage and anti-aging properties.
Compared with the uncoated sodium percarbonate, Coated sodium percarbonate is the more commonly commercialized peroxide. However, the uncoated SPC is still the preferred ingredient  for simply mixing with enough quantity of soda ash or some surfactants to form the popular oxygen bleaches.
